1.Do you cover my area?

Central London Cleaners cover all Central London areas, including Victoria, Westminster, West End, Pimlico, Kensington, Chelsea, Camden, Islington, Battersea, Notting Hill, Hampstead, St. John’s Wood, Mayfair, Belgravia, Marylebone, Kilburn, Shoreditch, Vauxhall, Finchley, Hendon, Holloway and Canary Wharf. Many of our cleaners commute from other areas of London and where possible we would be happy to offer a service covering other areas of London. Please give us a call to find out whether we are able to provide our services outside of this area.

2.How do I pay?

We invoice our clients at the end of each month. In the case of domestic cleaning our clients can either send us a cheque payable to Central London Cleaners or set up a standing order with us for direct bank transfer. For commercial and office cleaning clients have 14 to 30 days to pay us by a bank transfer upon receiving our invoice.

3.What kind of services do you provide?

4.Do I need to provide my own cleaning materials and equipment?

We can supply materials and equipment on request.

5.Is there a minimum booking?

Our domestic cleaning services require a minimum booking of 3 hours.

6.Are your staff insured?

Yes, all our cleaners are insured through Co-operative Insurance Services. This protects your home against major accidental damage caused by a cleaner whilst on your property.

7.Are your staff fully vetted?

Yes, our cleaners are fully vetted. We check their immigration status, proof of identity, home address, work history and references.

8.Can my cleaner come when I am at work?

Yes, you don’t have to be home, you can leave a set of keys with the cleaner. Most of our cleaners hold keys to the client’s house. You can feel confident that your keys are held securely and responsibly, as our staff are fully vetted and insured.

9.What happens if I am not happy with my cleaner?

Central London Cleaners will be happy to discuss the matter with the cleaner and manage the situation on your behalf. If necessary we will provide you with another cleaner at no additional cost.

10.What happens if my cleaner is on holiday or off sick?

Central London Cleaners will contact you to arrange temporary cover for your regular cleaner.
